Berula was designed by award winning Nico van der Meulen Architects. The firm exceeded all expectations with this unique design by granting the general public access to luxurious, liveable spaces.

Berula’s name is derived from the striking Berula erecta plants which grow at the nearby Bullfrog pond. This confirms the developers’ approach of being sympathetic towards the environment, as can be seen throughout the estate.
