Provision for DSTV-connection is built-in, in the living area
and main bedroom.
All specified taps are locally sourced to ensure that parts will
remain readily available.
The freestanding Smeg oven has a 9kg gas bottle which is
easily accessible.

Synergy

The design ethic of all taps, sanitary ware, accessories and basins are consistently finished in neutral matt black.
Lighting can be conveniently controlled by two-way switches to optimize user control
Recessed ceiling coves hide curtain rails.

Materials

All kitchen tops are made from durable Nero Ezee Quartz
Caesarstone, (engineered stone).
The entertainment unit and bathroom vanity are finished in
European Oak.
All cabinet doors are manufactured from high pressure laminate with high impact PVC edging.
High quality runners and hinges are specified in all units.
All solid timber internal doors are fitted into an aluminium
doorframe ensuring a straight finish and an effective seal.
All sockets and switches are of high quality with a 3D finish
