Berula was designed by award winning Nico van Der Meulen Architects. The firm exceeded all expectations with this design, by giving the general public access to luxurious and liveable spaces.

Berula’s name is derived from the striking Berula Erecta plant which grows at the nearby Bullfrog Pan. This reinforces the approach of being sympathetic to the environment as seen throughout the development.
